1. Agreement
By visiting https://songclipper.com or using the song clipper, you agree to these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, and the Copyright page. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Song Clipper is a free browser song clipper. You add an MP3 or WAV, find the chorus, trim 15, 30, or 60 seconds, and download a WAV clip. Features may change, pause, or end at any time. Ads may appear around the tool. There is no paid subscription and no guaranteed uptime.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country if that is higher, and able to form a binding contract. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Break the law or these terms.
- Upload or process files you do not have the right to use.
- Attack, scrape in an abusive way, overload, or reverse engineer the service except as allowed by law.
- Interfere with ads, security, or other users.
- Use the service to make or spread malware, spam, or deceptive content.
- Misrepresent that output was made or endorsed by us, Google, YouTube, TikTok, or any third party.
5. Your files and copyright
You keep whatever rights you already have in the files and text you add. You grant us only a short, limited permission to process those materials as needed to run the feature you asked for.
You confirm that you own the files or have a license, including any needed rights in those files, and that your use will not infringe anyone else. Having a file on your computer is not the same as a license to publish. Read the Copyright page.
The clip is a copy of part of a file you provided. This site does not license the music. You need rights to post or use the clip.
6. Our intellectual property
The site design, text, software, and trademarks of Song Clipper belong to us or our licensors. You may use the site for its intended purpose. You may not copy the product, remove notices, or use our name in a way that suggests sponsorship without permission.
7. Advertising
Google AdSense and related partners may show ads. Ads are not recommendations. Clicking an ad takes you to a third party. We are not responsible for advertiser sites, products, or claims. Personalized ads depend on consent and settings described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
8. Third-party services
Hosting uses Cloudflare. Advertising and analytics use Google. Those services have their own terms. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partners of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, record labels, or Google except as a standard AdSense or Analytics publisher unless we say so in writing.
9. No warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement. Automated output can be wrong. Official sources are more accurate when you have them.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost files, lost data, substitute services, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if we were told they were possible. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to £0 because the service is free, or the minimum amount that cannot be excluded in your jurisdiction.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including fraud.
11. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us and our operators against claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from your files, your downloads, your posts to other platforms, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.
12. Changes and suspension
We may change these terms or the service. The “Last updated” date will change. We may suspend access if we believe you have broken these terms or created risk for the site or other people.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that you may bring mandatory consumer claims in your country of residence if the law requires it.
